Adjusting Cutterbar Drive Belt

1. Open shield.

2. Loosen cap screw (A).

3. Loosen nut (B).

4. Adjust nut (C) until a 89 to 125 N (20 to 28 lb) pull at the center of the drive belt deflects the belt 8 mm (5/16 in.).

5. Tighten nut (B) and cap screw (A).

6. Close shield.
