Replacing Cutterbar Drive Belt
1.
Open shield.
2.
Remove cap screw (A), washer, and nut.
3.
Remove gear case (B) and driveline assembly.

4.
Loosen nut (A) to top of threads.
5.
Loosen cap screw (B).

6.
Remove four nuts (A) and loosen two bolts (B).
7.
Remove cap screw (C) and open access door.
8.
Remove belt and install new belt.
9.
Install four nuts (A) and tighten two bolts (B).
10.
Close access door and install cap screw (C).

11.
Tighten nut (A) until a 89 to 125 N (20 to 28 lb) pull at the center of the drive belt deflects the belt 8 mm (5/16 in.).
12.
Tighten nut (B) and cap screw (C).

|
13.
Install gear case (B) and driveline assembly. Fasten with cap screw (A), washer, and nut.
14.
Close shield.
