Adjusting Pickup Lift Crank Stop Nuts (Wide Pickup-456/456S)

IMPORTANT: Maintain 3 mm (1/8 in.) clearance between washer and bottom of baler main frame when pickup is raised to highest position using hand crank. If not, auger scraper may contact auger flighting.

1. Loosen nuts (B) and (C).

2. Using hand crank, adjust pickup until clearance is obtained between washer (A) and bottom of baler main frame according to specifications. (Check clearance on left-hand side only.)

Specification

Washer-to-Bottom of Baler Main Frame -Clearance 3 mm (1/8 in.)

3. Tighten nut (C) against pin.

4. Tighten nut (B) against nut (C).
