Removing Net Wrap Actuator

1. Open net wrap cover.

2. At left-hand side, remove cotter pin (B), washer, and spring (A).

NOTE: The actuator shield has slotted mounting holes so mounting bolts do not have to be removed.

3. Remove actuator shield.

4. Turn tractor key to ON position. Do not start tractor engine.

NOTE: Retracting the actuator completely will cause the mounting pins to bind.

5. Move manual override switch to RETRACT or EXTEND positions to move actuator (C) back and forth to release load from mounting pins (A and B).

6. Turn tractor key to OFF position. Remove key. Disconnect controller power plug from tractor convenience outlet.

7. Remove tie band securing actuator wiring connector.

8. Disconnect actuator wiring connector.

NOTE: Note location of washers on mounting pins for installation of actuator.

9. Remove mounting pins (A and B), washers, and actuator (C).
