NOTE: Wheel spindle on one side of baler was not installed at the factory for shipping purposes.

1. Install loose wheel spindle on baler frame in same position as factory installed spindle on opposite side of machine. Install mounting hardware and tighten nuts to specifications.

Wheel Spindle Nuts -Torque

235 N·m

(173 lb-ft)

2. Raise one side of baler with floor jack. Remove shipping support (A).

IMPORTANT: Install wheels with 11L-14 tires with valve stems toward the OUTSIDE.

Install wheels with 31 x 13.5-15 tires with valve stems toward the INSIDE.

Incorrect assembly can cause wheel nuts to loosen.

3. Install wheel with 11L-14 tires with valve stem toward the OUTSIDE. Fasten with six 1/2-in. nuts.

Install wheel with 31 x 13.5-15 tire with valve stem toward the INSIDE. Fasten with six 1/2-in. nuts.

4. Tighten nuts to specifications.

115 N·m

(85 lb-ft)

5. Repeat steps on opposite side.
