Adjusting Variable (Soft) Core Switch (If Equipped)

1. Close gate and lower tension arm.

2. Make sure the switch roller (B) is on the raised part of the numbered cam (C).

3. Clearance (A) between switch arm and switch body should be to within specifications.

Specification

Switch Arm-to-Switch Body -Clearance 1-2 mm (0.039-0.079 in.)

4. Loosen switch mounting screws and adjust switch until specified clearance is obtain. Tighten screws.
