Adjusting Twine Indicator Retaining Strap

1. Loosen cap screw (A).

2. Put retaining strap (B) in the eight o'clock position (shown) on the right-hand side of baler and the four o'clock position on the left-hand side of baler.

3. Adjust strap until dimension (C) between strap and twine indicator wheel is within specifications.

Specification

Retaining Strap-to-Twine Indicator Wheel -Distance 0.4-0.8 mm (0.015-0.030 in.)

4. Tighten cap screw (A).

5. Twine indicator wheel must spin freely after adjustment.
