Checking, Draining and Filling Power Wheel

NOTE: Check oil level every 100 hours. Replace oil every 800 hours or each season.

Check and Fill (Every 100 Hours)

1. Park machine on a flat level surface.

2. Rotate wheel until fill/drain plug (A) is on top and check plug (B) is just above horizontal line (C).

3. Remove check plug (B). Oil level should be at same level as bottom of hole.

4. If necessary, remove fill/drain plug (A) and add oil. (See FINAL DRIVE OIL in Fuel, Coolant, and Lubricants section for recommended oil.)

5. Apply pipe sealant with TEFLON ® on threads of plugs.

6. Install plugs.

Replace Oil (Every 800 hours or each season)

1. Park machine on a flat level surface.

2. Rotate wheel until fill/drain plug (A) is on bottom.

NOTE: Power wheel oil capacity is approximately 1.7 L (3.5 U.S. pt).

3. Remove plugs (A and B) and drain oil.

4. Rotate wheel until fill/drain plug hole (A) is on top and check plug hole (B) is just above horizontal line (C).

5. Fill power wheel with clean oil until oil level is at same level as bottom of check plug hole. (See FINAL DRIVE OIL in Fuel, Coolant, and Lubricants section for recommended oil.)

6. Apply pipe sealant with TEFLON ® on threads of plugs.

7. Install plugs.
