After the windrower has been completely set up, inspect it to be sure it is in good running condition before delivering it to the customer. The following checklist is a reminder of important points to inspect. Check off each item as it is found satisfactory after proper adjustment has been made.
[ ] Windrower has been assembled correctly.
[ ] Check all hydraulic hoses and connections for oil leaks.
[ ] Machine lubricated and cutterbar and gear case levels checked. (See Lubrication and Maintenance section.)
[ ] Check tension of all belts. Adjust if necessary.
[ ] All hardware tight.
[ ] Tire pressure checked.

[ ] Hydraulic cylinders operate properly.
[ ] Adjust platform float. (See procedure in Operating Windrower section.)
[ ] Decals intact and legible.
[ ] All moving parts are working freely.
[ ] Check operating functions of any optional equipment installed.
[ ] Check that shipping cover on SMV sign has been removed and sign is properly displayed.
