Engine Speed Adjust

The engine speed adjust switch allows the increasing or decreasing of the unit's engine speed. This adjustment will affect the unit's ground speed and operating speed of the platform.

The high and slow engine speeds are preset. Depressing the TURTLE for slow (idle) engine speed, or depressing the RABBIT for high (operating) engine speed will cause engine to automatically go to selected speed.

To select an alternative speed, after high or slow speed has been selected, quickly center the switch when desired engine speed is displayed on the tachometer.

The top engine speed setting is recommended for field operations and transporting the windrower.

When the windrower is started, it will go to previously selected engine speed.
