NOTE:
The hydrostatic ground drive lever must be at rest to the left in the neutral position. This will trip the neutral switch (E), allowing the unit to start.
The steering is locked and the parking brake is applied while the neutral switch is engaged.
1.
Move hydrostatic drive control lever (A) to neutral.
2.
Move engine speed switch (B) to low speed.
3.
Move field/road switch (C) to field position.
4.
Disengage platform drive (D).
5.
Make sure steering wheel is locked in center position.
IMPORTANT:
Do not operate starter more than 30 seconds at a time. If engine does not start, wait at least two minutes before trying again.
If engine does not start in four attempts, refer to Troubleshooting section.
6.
Turn ignition switch to the start position until engine starts. Release switch.
