Engaging Platform Drive

The windrower will not start if the platform drive switch is in the ON position.

NOTE: Operator presence and resetting platform drive information is on the decal (A) under the lid of the right-hand armrest.

If the operator is not present in the seat, the platform drive will not engage.

If the operator leaves the seat for more than 5 seconds, the platform drive will disengage. Once the platform drive disengages, it will need to be reset.

IMPORTANT: Do not engage platform with engine at high speed. Reduce engine speed, engage platform, and then bring engine up to operating speed.

Decrease engine speed to 1000-1200 rpm.

To engage the platform drive, pull up and push forward on the yellow switch.

Lift up and pull back to turn off the platform drive.
