Adding Ballast to Windrower

CAUTION: Failure to properly ballast the windrower could cause loss of control.

NOTE: Windrower is shipped with fifteen 9 kg (20 lb.) weights, the required ballast for 14 ft. and 16 ft. platforms.

Additional ballast is supplied with the 18 ft. platform and must be installed. (See procedure in Assembly section.)

1. Open latch (A) to rear screen door and open door.

IMPORTANT: Protect oil cooler (B) and fins from any damage.

2. Remove three screws (A) and cover (C)

3. Remove two cap screws (D).

NOTE: 18 ft. platform comes with nine 9 kg (20 lb.) weights and required hardware.

4. Position additional weights on existing weights and fasten in position with longer cap screws provided.

5. Install cover and close screen door.
