Changing Fuel Filter
NOTE:
Do not allow fuel, water and any contaminates drain onto the starter.
Check for presence of water by first draining the fuel filter into a small container. (See DRAINING WATER FROM FUEL FILTER in this section.) This may make changing the fuel filter unnecessary.
How often this filter is changed depends on how clean the fuel is and how it is stored.
IMPORTANT:
Clean area thoroughly before removing filter. Any dirt allowed to enter the fuel system when changing the filter can be washed into the injection system and will result in damage to injection pump and nozzles.

Loosen collar (B) and filter (A). Remove collar and filter.

Install new filter and bleed air from fuel filter.
