Cleaning Screen, Condenser/Oil Cooler and Radiator

1. Pull out on latch (A) and open door.

NOTE: Blow the air through the screen (B) in the opposite direction of the air flow during operation.

2. Clean the screen (B) with a brush and compressed air when dirt and chaff build up on the screen.

3. Release latch (A) and pull oil cooler (B) and condenser (C) out as shown.

IMPORTANT: When using high pressure air or water, be careful of fin damage to coolers. Use a fin comb to straighten bent fins. Bent fins will decrease cooler performance.

NOTE: Blow the air, or water, through the oil cooler (B), condenser (C) and radiator (D) in the opposite direction of the air flow during operation.

4. Using compressed air, or water, remove the dirt and chaff build up out of the fins in the oil cooler (B), condenser (C) and radiator (D).

5. Close oil cooler/condenser making sure it is securely latched.

6. Clean out dirt and chaff from vacuum duct (A) and engine air intake (B).
