Circuit Breakers and Relays
Circuit breaker panel (H) is located inside the access door on the right-hand side of the machine behind the operator's station.
The circuit breakers and relays control the following:
-
Circuit Breaker 1
-Controls, Air Screen and Fuel Shutoff
-
Circuit Breaker 2
-Road Lights and Light Switch
-
Circuit Breaker 3
-Heater, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
-
Circuit Breaker 4
-Field Lights
-
Relay 1
-Controls and Monitors
-
Relay 2
-Heater, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
Four 50 amp circuit breakers will continue to reset and trip as long as an overload or short exists.
Four breakers protect the main power cable for the electrical system, lighting system, and cab air-control system. If breaker does not reset, replace it. If it does reset and trips again, determine cause and correct.
Relays carry large electrical loads and are controlled by switches.
