causym CAUTION: Do not attempt to drain the hydraulic reservoir while the engine is running.

NOTE: The hydraulic reservoir capacity is 94 L (25 gal) of hydraulic fluid.

Dispose of hydraulic fluid properly.

1. Lower platform to the ground and stop engine.

IMPORTANT: Fitting is O-ring flat face fitting. protect O-ring when removing return line (A).

Clean the area and protect the fitting on the platform pump bearing support from debris entering the system.

NOTE: When hose is removed oil will flow from fitting in bearing support. Install a cap on fitting in bearing support.

2. Remove the return line (A) from the platform pump bearing support. Drain system through hose into container(s).

IMPORTANT: Inspect O-ring and replace if damaged. Protect O-ring and be sure O-ring is in position when connecting return line.

3. After reservoir is drained install return line and fill reservoir with fresh hydraulic oil.

4. Start engine and allow to run for a few minutes.

5. Stop engine and check hydraulic oil level and return line fitting to platform pump bearing support for leaks.
