High Pressure Switch

A high pressure condition can result from insufficient air flow across the condenser. When this happens, switch (A) (next to radiator) shuts off the compressor.

Stop engine and remove key.

Clean condenser and filters.

Check recirculating blower.

Check for a worn or broken serpentine engine belt.

Check compressor clutch, magnetic with air conditioning switch on.

Start engine and turn on air conditioning. If switch shuts off compressor again, see your John Deere dealer.
