Balancing Platform Side-to-Side

1. Start windrower engine and lower platform to ground.

2. Shut off engine.

causym CAUTION: To prevent personal injury or machine damage, reduce float pressure to 0 psi before adjusting platform balance.

3. Open accumulator float valve by turning knob (A) counterclockwise.

4. Loosen cap screw (A) and jam nut (B) on both sides of the machine.

5. Back out cap screw (C) on both sides of the machine and push the top of the float cylinder to bottom of slot.

6. Close accumulator float valve by turning knob (A) clockwise.

7. Start windrower engine.

8. Press the (+) on float pressure switch until platform starts to rise upward. Note which end of platform is highest off the ground.

9. Lower platform back to the ground by pressing the (-) on float pressure switch until float pressure reads 0 psi.

10. Shut off engine.

11. Open accumulator float valve by turning knob (A) counterclockwise.

NOTE: Adjusting cap screw (C) IN will raise that end of platform.

12. Adjust cap screw (C) IN on the side of the platform that is lower. This will raise that side of the platform.

13. Tighten cap screw (A) and jam nut (B) on both sides of machine.

14. Close accumulator float valve by turning knob (A) clockwise.

15. Repeat steps 7-14 until the platform is balanced.

16. Set platform float. (See ADJUSTING PLATFORM FLOAT in Operating Windrower section.)
