Front Weights

If required, the tractor can be installed with a front weight. This weight takes the form of a basic weight to which further additional weights can be attached if necessary. See the table below for information on the various ballast configurations that may be installed on each tractor type.

On all tractors: from 5 up to 10 additional weights, 50 kg (110 lb) each, can be installed on the basic weight.

causym CAUTION: Additional front ballast may be needed for transporting rear mounted

implements. When implement is raised, drive slowly over rough ground, regardless of how much ballast is used.

causym CAUTION: Before altering the ballast, make sure that the hitch requirements have been complied with.
