Adjusting Front Wheel Tread (Tractors without Front Wheel Drive)
On tractors without front wheel drive the front wheel tread width can be adjusted from:
- 5310, 5410 and 5510 Tractors with Tires 7.50-16

1435 mm (56.5 in.) to 1935 mm (76.2 in.), dish in

1568 mm (61.7 in.) to 2068 mm (81.4 in.), dish out
- 5510 HighCrop Version with Tires 7.50-20

1416 mm (55.8 in.) to 1816 mm (71.5 in.), dish in

1520 mm (59.8 in.) to 1920 mm (75.6 in.), dish out
See "Adjust Front Axle Tread Width". This can be done by adjusting the front axle in increments of 50 mm (2 in.) each side.
If front wheels are removed to adjust tread, tighten front wheel attaching nuts to 175 N·m (130 lb-ft) once wheels are replaced.
