Direction of Tire RotationWhen mounting or changing tires, make sure arrow on flank of tires points in the direction of forward travel (A). When tractors with front wheel drive are to be used primarily for transport purposes or front loader operation, turn tires against usual rolling direction of tire lugs (B). Tire life is increased by 25 to 30% and better traction is achieved. Because of reduced traction and tire self-cleaning effects, this arrangement is not recommended for field work under wet conditions. |
