Front Wheel Drive Axle and Rear Drop Axle Oil

Use oil viscosity based on the expected air temperature range during the period between oil changes.

The following oils are preferred:

• John DeereHY-GARD ®
• John Deere EXTREME-GARD ™
• John Deere GL-5 GEAR LUBRICANT
• John Deere Standard JDM J20C

Other oils may be used if they meet the following:

• API Service Classification GL-5
