Ballasting Two Wheel Drive Tractors

Add ballast to front end if needed for stability. Heavy pulling and heavy rear mounted implements tend to lift front wheels. Add enough ballast to maintain steering control and prevent tip-over.

Refer to the implement operator's manual to determine the minimum number of front weights that are required for your tractor model.
