Change Transmission/Hydraulic Oil and Suction Strainer

Remove drain screw (A) from transmission case and drain oil. On tractors equipped with front wheel drive, also remove drain screw (B). Lower hitch to remove trapped oil.

Remove the four clamps (A) and hoses (B) and (D).

Replace strainer (C) with a new one.

Make sure that the arrow on the strainer body points forward.

Re-install the clamps (A).

Fill transmission with specified transmission/hydraulic oil (see section Fuel, Lubricants, Hydraulic Oil and Coolant) as described in Check Transmission/Hydraulic System Oil Level in Section Service — Daily or Every 10 Hours.
