Seat fore-and-aft adjustment:

Move lever (A) and slide seat forward or backward to desired position.

Seat height adjustment:

While sitting on the seat turn knob (B).

Seat suspension adjustment:

Turn the adjusting lever (C) to the desired vertical travel range.
