Operating the Rear PTO (Electro-Hydraulic Version)

NOTE: The electro-hydraulic rear PTO is available for 24/12 transmission of 5GV, 5GN & 5GF only.

The ground drive PTO is optional.

To engage the PTO, pull switch (A) out and to disengage the PTO, push switch (A) in. Indicator light (D) will come on when the PTO is engaged and go out when the PTO is disengaged. To select ground drive PTO, move PTO selector lever (X) forward and to select independent PTO, move PTO selector lever (X) backward.

  • Lever (X) forward = Ground Drive PTO
  • Lever (X) backward = Independent PTO

NOTE: The tractor must be stationary to engage ground drive PTO. If engagement is not possible, slowly drive the tractor forward to allow the gears to mesh.

Indicator light (C) will come on when ground drive PTO is engaged and go out when ground drive PTO is disengaged.
