C - Reverse/forward speed ratio

D - Gear at start

E - SoftShift

F - PTO operation

G - Speed matching

B — Set Auto mode

Press transmission button (A) and set Auto mode in box (B).

C — Select reverse/forward speed ratio

This function allows a different travel speed to be selected automatically when direction of travel is changed. The speed ratio between forward and reverse travel can be set between +3 and -3.

Press transmission button (A) and select the desired relationship in box (C).

The relationship remains in effect when automatic gear shifting is switched off, and is stored after ignition is switched off.

If Independent is selected, the electronic system will learn the forward and reverse gear manually selected by the operator and will shift into the relevant gear when the direction of travel is changed.

D — Startup gear

The figure in box (D) determines which gear will be automatically selected by the transmission immediately after the engine is started.

E — Softshift when changing gear

If this option is activated, engine speed is matched temporarily by the electronics to achieve a smoother shift.

Press transmission button (A) and select softshift (E) and - if desired - PTO operation (F). Engine speed can then be matched in the following ways:

  • Switched off all the time, if (E) is not activated
  • Switched on, but off for PTO operation if only (E) is activated
  • Always on, if (E) and (F) are activated

G — Automatic speed matching when changing the ranges

If this option is activated, the transmission is automatically shifted into a gear that matches the travel speed if a range change occur at travel speeds at or above approx. 7 km/h (4.4 mph). This automatic function can be overridden by pressing a gearshift button during the range change.

Press transmission button (A) and select speed matching (G).

B — Setting the cruise control (FieldCruise™)

A - Engine Button

B - Cruise Control

C - Cruise Control On/Off

With this option, the engine speed can be limited for specific work (e.g. working with a hydraulic motor).

Press engine button (A) and specify the desired engine speed in box (B).

In the lowest setting, engine speed is limited to 1050 rpm. In the highest setting, the engine can run at maximum speed. Individual engine speed limits can be set between these two positions.

NOTE: If cruise control is activated at box (C), cruise control remains active when the engine is restarted.
