G - Softkey, Activate Max. PTO Speed

Press button (1) and select the desired standard speed on the PTO page (e.g. 540E). If desired, set maximum speed at input window (3). Actuate softkey (F) and key the desired max. PTO speed in at the input window. To activate max. PTO speed, actuate softkey (G). Display window (4) is activated.

When window (4; max. PTO speed) is activated, engine speed is restricted so that the set PTO speed is not exceeded even at full throttle. When the PTO is switched off, the engine can be operated over its full speed range again.

NOTE: When standard speed is changed, window (4) is de-activated automatically.

If an engine speed limit is set on the engine settings page (see Settings in the relevant Operating the Tractor section), the lower limit applies.
