To avoid damage at temperatures below -15° C, an automatic function prevents the drive system from engaging too soon. Once the engine has started, the relevant message appears on the CommandCenter™.

The warm-up routine can only be started if the reverse drive lever is in the Park position. If the reverse drive lever is not in park, the relevant message appears on the CommandCenter™.

The time required for the transmission to warm up varies between 200 and 400 seconds, depending on temperature.

NOTE: Engine speed may rise up to 1200 rpm during the warm-up routine.
