Idling
Avoid unnecessary idling. Prolonged idling may cause the coolant temperature to drop below normal, causing incomplete combustion, oil dilution, and sludge build-up in the engine.
If the engine must be idled for more than 5 minutes, increase the engine speed to 1200 rpm or more. DO NOT idle the engine for more than 10 minutes at any time.
