Check Battery Electrolyte Level

NOTE: Perform this check only if maintenance free batteries are not used.

CAUTION: An explosive gas is produced while batteries are in use or being charged. Keep flames or sparks away from the battery area.

IMPORTANT: The machine electrical system is a 12 volt negative (-) ground. Use only 12 volt batteries.

The fluid level in each cell should be at least 3/8 inch (10 mm) above the cell plates.

Add distilled water as required.
