Enclosure Door Hand Pump

In the event the engine cannot be started, a hand pump (located on the front of the machine on the LH side of the engine compartment) can be used to open the engine enclosure. The lever for the hand pump is stored in the pump bracket.

Turn the release valve (2) fully counterclockwise to open door and insert the lever (1) into the hand pump. Pump the lever to open the enclosure door.

When the hand pump is not in use, ensure the release valve is fully closed (turned clockwise).

CAUTION: Before operating the hand pump, ensure the attachment is resting on the ground. Operate the hand pump while standing on the ground. Failure to do this can lead to risk of personal injury.
