SERVICE INTERVALS
Service your machine at intervals shown on this chart. Also, perform service on items at multiples of the original requirement. For example, at 500 hours also service those items (if applicable) listed under 500 hours, 250 hours, 50 hours and 10 hours or daily.
As Required
· Drain hydraulic fluid. · Refiling the engine enclosure door pump.
· Clean track drive planetaries.  
Every 8 Hours or Daily
[ ] Check engine oil level. [ ] Lubricate wrist attachment.
[ ] Check air filter restriction indicator and pre-cleaner. [ ] Lubricate driveshaft bearings.
[ ] Check engine coolant level. [ ] Lubricate boom joints and cylinder ends.
[ ] Check fuel/water separator. [ ] Lubricate swing pinion and bearing.
[ ] Check and clean radiator oil cooler and condenser fins. [ ] Inspect for hydraulic oil leaks.
[ ] Check and clean radiator pre-screen. [ ] Inspect for loose bolts and nuts.
[ ] Check hydraulic fluid level. [ ] Clean external surfaces.
[ ] Check hydraulic filters. [ ] Perform overall visual inspection.
[ ] Check pilot pressure filter indicator. [ ] Refer to engine manufacturer's manual.
[ ] Check swing drive gearbox oil level. [ ] Refer to optional fire suppression system manufacturer's manual.
[ ] Lubricate saw head clamps.

OIL SAMPLING
Oil samples should be taken from each system prior to its recommended drain/change interval indicated on this form: 125, 150, 250, 500, 1000, 2000. Maintenance recommendations supplied by OILSCAN will be provided based upon the oil analysis and operating information you supply. Regular oil sampling will extend the operational life of your machine's system.

[ ] Check battery electrolyte level. [ ] Check swing gearbox bolt torque.
[ ] Refer to optional fire suppression system manufacturer's manual. [ ] Check engine mounting bolt torque.
[ ] Check engine rpm. [ ] Check rotary manifold bolt torque.
[ ] Check hydraulic pressures. [ ] Check lower roller mounting bolt torque.
[ ] Check hydraulic pump mounting bolts. [ ] Check planetary and sprocket mounting bolt torque.
[ ] Check hydraulic motor mounting bolts. [ ] Lubricate swing gearbox bearing.
[ ] Check oil level in idler assembly. [ ] Lubricate door hinges
[ ] Check oil level in the track drive planetaries. [ ] Lubricate latches & knobs on secondary exit.
[ ] Lubricate driveshaft and motor coupling. [ ] Perform overall visual inspection.
[ ] Check driveshaft end play. [ ] Perform 8 hour interval maintenance procedures.
[ ] Check swing bearing bolt torque. [ ] Check initial track shoe bolt torque.
[ ] Check cab mounting bolt torque.
