Check Specific Gravity of Battery Electrolyte

Lead-acid batteries produce flammable and explosive gasses. Keep arcs, sparks, open flames, and lighted tobacco a safe distance away from the batteries.

Electrolyte specific gravity should be 1.260 - 1.280 on fully charged battery.
