Pilot control valves will not operate

Pilot shut-off valve is not activated.
|
Activate armrest and switch.
|

|
Circuit breaker is open.
|
Put circuit breaker in ON position.
|
|
|
Pilot shut-off switch or solenoid wiring circuits open, grounded or shorted.
|
Check wiring at pilot shut-off switch and shut-off solenoid.
|
|
|
Pilot circuit relief valve malfunction or incorrect pressure setting.
|
Repair/replace relief valve. Adjust relief valve pressure setting.
|
|
|
Loose suction line connections.
|
Repair/replace suction hose or fittings.
|
|
|
Excessive wear in the pilot pump or pump drive components.
|
Repair/replace pump and drive components.
|
