Brakes will not release
Pilot oil is not releasing brakes.
Check brake release screw position. Screw may be turned in.
Check pressure in both directions at BRE test port of suspect motor. Repair pilot supply.
Pressure reducing valve seized.
Repair/replace pressure reducing valve.
Brakes seized or leaking.
Repair/replace brakes.
