Refiling the Engine Enclosure Door Pump

Replace the system oil with Hydraul 50 hydraulic oil as follows:

2. Remove the breather/filler cap (2) and fill power unit reservoir.

3. Cycle pump while keeping the reservoir full until no more oil is required.

4. Close valve on hand pump.

5. With the engine enclosure door open and the cylinder rod end detached, cycle the cylinder until all air has been purged from the system.

6. Attach rod end to side door and close the unit.

7. Open valve on hand pump.

8. With the breather/filler cap removed from the power unit, pump the engine enclosure door open with the hand pump.

9. Close the valve on the hand pump and check for leaks.

10. Replace the breather/filler cap.

11. Repeat as required.
