Changing Wheel

1. Raise machine and engage lift cylinder stop.

2. Lower machine on lift cylinder stop.

3. Install floor jack (A) under wheel arm (B) as shown.

4. Install wood block (C) under wheel arm (B) as shown.

5. Raise frame with floor jack (A).

6. Remove wheel.

IMPORTANT: Wheels should be installed with valve stems to the inside. Incorrect assembly can cause wheel hardware to loosen.

7. Install wheel with valve stem to the inside. Install and tighten nuts to specifications.

Specification

Wheel Nuts -Torque 115 N·m (85 lb-ft)

IMPORTANT: Check wheel nut torque after the first 10 hours of use.

8. Remove wood block (C).

9. Lower floor jack (A) and remove it.

10. Check tire inflation (See "Preparing the Mower-Conditioner" section).

11. If the tire size is changed, the lift cylinder must be adjusted (See "Adjusting Lift Cylinder" in "Operating the Mower-Conditioner" section).

12. Raise machine and disengage lift cylinder stop.
