Every 250 Hours or Yearly - Roll Drive Gearbox

Change oil in roll drive gearbox (A).

1. Drain oil while it is hot (i.e. after operation).

2. Remove gearbox plug (B).

3. Place a small container, approximately 1.9 L (0.5 gallon), under plug (C).

4. Remove plug (C) and drain oil.

5. Reinstall drain plug (C).

6. Add oil (use oil specified under "Roll Drive Gearbox Oil" in this section) until it starts to run out of plug (B).

7. Reinstall plug (B), record date and hours oil was changed.
