Install Drawbar Extension (Equal Angle Tongue and Ball Hitch)
NOTE:
There are three different size spacers (D) in bag of parts. These spacers are to be placed in hole of tractor drawbar to remove slack from cap screw (B).
IMPORTANT:
Lubricate cap screws (B and F) prior to assembly.
1.
Place a washer (C) on M24 x 120 cap screw (B). Position extension (A) under tractor drawbar and insert cap screw (B) through rear drawbar hole. Use spacers (D) as required to remove slack.
2.
Place three washers (as required) (C) over cap screw on top of tractor drawbar. Fasten with castellated nut (E).
3.
Place a washer (G) on M16 x 120 cap screw (F). Insert cap screw from bottom in front hole of extension (A).
4.
Place washer(s) (G) over cap screw on top of drawbar. Fasten with castellated nut.
5.
Torque cap screws (B and F) to specifications.

6.
Fasten castellated nuts (E) with spring locking pins.
NOTE:
Ensure bend in chain link is facing away from tongue extension. Failure to do so may cause link to hit spring locking pin in drawbar extension.
7.
Install safety chain with M16 x 50 cap screw (H), 50 x 30 washer and nut on right-hand side of tongue extension.
8.
Fasten hydraulic hose bracket (I) on left-hand side of tongue extension with two M10 nuts and washers.
9.
Place hydraulic hoses through bracket (I) and bend end of bracket to close loop around hoses.
