Perform Lubrication and Maintenance

CAUTION: Do not clean, lubricate, or adjust machine while it is in motion.

IMPORTANT: The maintenance intervals recommended are based on normal conditions; severe or unusual conditions may require more frequent lubrication.

IMPORTANT: Perform each lubrication and service illustrated in this section at the beginning of the season and at the end of the season.

Clean lubrication fittings before using grease gun. Replace any lost or broken fittings immediately. If a new fitting fails to take grease, remove and check for failure of adjoining parts.

Extend swing cylinder fully and lower platform to the ground to allow access to all lubrication fittings.
