Unplugging Conditioner Rolls (Roll Conditioner)

   A - Top Yoke

   B - Bottom Yoke

   Raise platform.

2. Shut off tractor engine and remove key.

3. Engage stops on lift cylinders.

4. Open door at left-hand side of machine to access drivelines.

5. Use a pry bar or pipe wrench at yoke (A) or (B) to back up rolls.

   IMPORTANT: Be careful not to damage lube fittings.

   Avoid wrench contact with splines or square bar or machine damage may occur.

6. Manually remove obstruction from cutterbar after it has been backed out of the rolls.

7. Be sure all wrenches have been removed from yokes and close shield.

8. Lower lift cylinder locks and resume operation.
