   Open door (A).

   A - Cap Screw (4 used)

   Loosen four cap screws (A).

   A - Driven Sheave

   B - Driveline Flange

   C - Scribe Mark

   Hold driven sheave (A) and rotate driveline flange (B) counterclockwise until it stops from roll lugs/flute hitting each other.

4. Scribe a mark (C) across mating edges of driveline flange and driven sheave.

   B - Driveline Flange

   C - Scribe Mark

   D - Scribe Mark

   Hold driven sheave (A) and rotate driveline flange (B) clockwise until it stops from roll lugs/flute hitting each other.

   NOTE: If driveline flange reaches the end of its slot before roll lugs/flutes contact each other, Index gearbox sheave one spline tooth and repeat procedure.

6. Scribe a mark (D) on mating edge of drive sheave, opposite mark (C) on driveline flange.

   B - Driveline Flange

   C - Scribe Mark

   Hold driven sheave (A) and rotate driveline flange (B) counterclockwise until mark (C) is halfway between marks made on mating edge of driven sheave.

8. Tighten four cap screws to specifications.

9. Close door.
