Overrunning coupler is located at front of tongue. Unlatch and open hose support cover to access.

NOTE: Additional driveline lubrication fittings are provided opposite ones shown for improved access. Lubrication of only two fittings is required.

Manually rotate driveline, as necessary, to access all lubrication fittings.

Rear Main Driveline (3 lubrication fittings)

Lift rubber flap on right-hand side of tongue to access tongue pivots and rear main driveline.

NOTE: Additional lubrication fittings are provided opposite ones shown for improved access. Lubrication of only three fittings is required on driveline.

Manually rotate driveline, as necessary, to access lubrication fittings.

Thoroughly lubricate tongue pivot and rear main driveline fittings until grease can be seen.

Cutterbar and Breathers—Cleaning

NOTE: Cutterbar breathers are located on right-hand side of machine and on top of filler cap.

Clean crop material, dirt, mud and debris from around cutterbar and cutterbar breathers daily. Buildup of debris can cause excessive wear on the cutting components.
