Unplugging Baler Under Power
1.
Shut off tractor.
2.
Place gate lock valve in "Lock" position (A).
3.
Raise belt tension arm with tractor selector valve until upper arm (B) starts to move.
4.
Engage PTO.
IMPORTANT:
If belts slip, lower belt tension arm. Do not prolong belt slippage as damage may occur to the baler.
5.
If belts slip, lower belt tension arm.
6.
If baler clears, unlock gate lock valve and continue baling.
7.
If baler does not clear, unlock gate, discharge bale, and shut off tractor.
8.
With gate open, put gate lock valve in "Lock" position (A).
9.
Lower pickup and unplug manually.
10.
Raise pickup to operating height.
11.
Unlock gate lock valve, lower gate, and continue baling.
