Baler, Breaking In
IMPORTANT:
Belts and drive loads increase as the bale size approaches maximum diameter. Frequent forming of oversize bales can lead to premature failures.
A break-in period of approximately 50 bales can increase the life and reduce maintenance of baler. During the break-in period, a smaller and lower density bale is recommended.
Baler is preset at factory. Density knob on tension valve has been turned counterclockwise two turns from maximum and the BaleTrak
™
Pro monitor-controller setting for bale diameter is 1.6 m (66-in.).
