Adjusting Bale Size Audible Indicator - Manual Hydraulic Tie

IMPORTANT: Belts and drive loads increase as bale size approaches maximum diameter. Frequent forming of oversize bales (bale size alarm on) can lead to premature failures.

1. Close gate.

2. Adjust switch as follows:

• For maximum bale size indication:

  a. Loosen nut (A) and move rearward to end of slot.
  b. Tighten nut (A).
  

• For smaller bale size indication:

  a. Loosen nut (A) and move forward in slot.
  b. Tighten nut (A).
