Adjust Upper Roll Drive Chain

To ensure the rear strand is the tight side of chain:

• Close gate and engage PTO a few seconds.
• Stop tractor engine and remove key.

Open left-hand side door.

When idler arm stop (A) is within 3 mm (1/8 in.) of contacting drive roll bracket bolt (B), remove links from chain (C).

To remove chain link:

   B - Drive Roll Bracket Bolt

   C - Chain

   D - Nut

   Loosen nut (D) to release chain tension.

2. Remove two links from chain (C).

3. Hold eyebolt from turning and tighten nut (D) against angle.

4. Check arm for contact. Repeat procedure as necessary.

Close left-hand side door.
