IMPORTANT: No raised baler position is available with this spindle. Using spindle positions other than NORMAL position can lead to machine damage.

Normal position, as shown, is recommended for all baling conditions.

  • Pickup teeth do not touch the ground with pickup lowered, depending on tractor drawbar height.

NOTE: Cap screw heads are to face inside of frame; nuts on outside of wheel spindle.

  1. IMPORTANT: When raising baler with a jack or hoist, place a jackstand or equivalent support under baler frame (A) before installing spindles and tires. Do not place jackstand under MegaWide™ Plus pickup frame.

    Park baler on level surface.

  2. Using a jack or hoist, raise one side of baler. Place a jackstand or equivalent support under baler frame (A).

  3. Install cap screws (C), spacer plate (C), flange nuts (D), and spindle (E).

  4. Tighten flange nuts to specification.
